Baby Shower Registry Rebate & Referral Program

Begins December 1st, 2008

Terms and Conditions

v   Lullabye Shop will rebate to customer 5% of all purchases made by friends and family from shower registry for your baby shower, excluding furniture (crib, case pieces, mattress, gliders, changing tables) in the form of a gift card.

v   Registrant must inform Lullabye Shop of all shower dates and eligible purchases must be made prior to final baby shower.

v   We will add $5.00 just for registering.

v   Only items on registry will be eligible for the rebate.

v   Rebate will be based on actual price paid, not price on registry, if there is a difference.

v   All purchases must be made after December 1, 2008.

v   For each friend or relative you refer to our registry program that registers for at least 10 items we will add 1% to your rebate. With one referral your rebate jumps to 6%, two you get 7%, etc.

v   For your out of town relative our registry is online at lullabyeshop.com and we will work with them to shop, and ship their gifts directly to you.

v   After last shower customer shall make appointment to settle registry and receive rebate gift card.  All returns or exchanges should be made at that time.
